Praying the Bible – Day 3
If you have missed either of the first two days of this series why not go back and read the article and watch the videos now. Today the author, Don Whitney, picks up his teaching on Praying the Bible talking about praying through Psalm 67. He emphasizes that some Psalms are easy to pray because they focus on praise and adoration. He then shows how while we are praying from verse one to verse two our motive for prayer can align to God’s will. After all Jesus says when we pray in accordance with God’s Will He will answer our prayers. In this case he shows how the context of the verses directs us to pray for open doors for the Gospel.
