Margaret Sanger was the founder of Planned Parenthood, opening up the first abortion clinic in 1916. I would refute the those who deny she as a Racial Eugenicist. To this day, a disapproportionate number of Planned Parenthood clinics are in or very near predominately black neighborhoods.
