Let the name of the Lord be praised, both now and forever. From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. The is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, the One who sits enthroned on high..” (Psalm 113 1:5)

“… a righteous man will be remembered forever. (*A) He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes. (Psalm 112: 6, 8)

“The wicked man will see and be vexed, he will gnash his teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.” (Psalm 110:10)

(*A – remembered by God! (“I in them and you in me. I have given them the glory that you gave me. that they may be one as we are one. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” (John 17: 23 – Jesus Prays for All Believers) Remembered by man? ans.: Who cares?)

Soli Deo Gloria indeed!

p.s. on a smaller note: I had quite a few prayers spawned around these verses given our world today. In praying the Bible, let the Spirit lead you and it will just flow like a river.
