03/05/2023 – “A Reason for Writing” – Jude 1: 3-4 // “Wake-up; Get up; Get on!” –
Just a short excerpts from the sermon:
“If we’re genuine Christians, we have no freedom to believe anything other than what Jesus taught.”

Question for y’all: Has there been a time in our grandparents lifetime to now, where this sermon ever seemed to have more urgency? Bear in mind, I am not thinking of the so called “good ol days” comparison. The WWII generation were much more active church-goers, but I don’t think remember much witnessing going on. And in our family, I can’t recall much praying within the family, outside of saying grace before our meals. Lacking a Christian worldview, it sowed the seeds of today.
I submit the remnant church is stronger than ever, particularly amongst younger adults, outnumbered but never to be outmatched by God’s grace. A cousin and I couldn’t recall one classmate in our high school that was “on fire” for the Lord. I run into quite a few in that age group today. Statistically , I think this can be shown: There are a lot more Messianic Jews, particularly fervent. A geometric growth curve, mmmm, what might that foretell? Just saying… Or likewise, a rapidly growing Iranian church amidst persecution, who also hold a special love for Israel. Think of that given how they were indoctrinated in their Shiite Muslim culture growing up.
Soli Deo Gloria!
