It is not about the messenger, but if you excuse me here: Mike Rowe has been “the man” on this subject, the open lifelong career opportunity for our youth! As you see in this article, he even started his own non-profit to get the word out to help young adults looking for a promising career field.

Finally, I am going to promote a great trade school opportunity in my area of the country, link below: Texas State Technical College (TSTC), home based in Waco, but with campuses in multiple Texas locations. My opinion, who offers this: For high demand fields , they offer this to graduates: If they can’t find you a job in the field in a reasonable amount of time, they guarantee a full tuition refund for a full two years , if it is an associate degree program! How can they offer it? They have developed quite the reputation amongst employers, they consistently have more quality jobs than fully capable graduates. So essentially, it is virtually no risk to them!
