07/08/2023 – We highly recommend the movie: “The Sound of Freedom”, that opened in theaters nationwide this past week.
As Tim Ballard resolutely proclaimed in the film, played by Jim Caviezal: “God’s children are not for sale!” And in a message from Jim after the completion of the film, Jim asserted this film could have a similar impact as Harriet Beecher’s Stowe’s book: “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” did in ending slavery. I do not think that is overstated; Indeed, if remnant Christians pray and resolve to fight back! I will post some links below, but I will also share that Jim made it a point that it is not Tim Ballard or himself that are the heroes here, but the two main character sibling victims that fought relentlessly for each other.
This film was filmed and completed years ago. Bringing it to screen was a fight in itself. Let’s start by getting the word out! I will leave you with some key links about the film. We need to bring awareness to this film. If you doubt that, take a peek at the link to “The Atlantic” article last year. I have talked with christians that are completely unaware of the magnitude of evil in human trafficking today. Final note – Do not take young children to this movie.
