From this American Minute article, through a “cut and paste” , I am taking a step by step historical progression to support my title to this post:

“George Washington warned in his Farewell Address, 1796:

‘Usurpation … though in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed …It must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any … transient benefit which the use can at any time yield.’ “

Now, let’s step through this to present the case for George’s God-given prescient wisdom:

1)   “The reason for the adoption (of the 14TH AMENDMENT) … was because of … discriminating … legislation of those States … by which they were punishing one class of men under different laws from another class….

But in solving one problem it created another.

The 14th Amendment was sponsored by Republican Congressman John Bingham of Ohio.When asked if he feared the 14th Amendment might open the door for the Federal Government to usurp rights away from the States, Rep. John Bingham replied:

‘I repel the suggestion … that the Amendment will … take away from any State any right that belongs to it.’  “

2) “Nevertheless, shortly after the 14th Amendment was ratified, activist Federal Judges began to do just that..

‘Darwinist philosopher Herbert Spencer influenced Harvard Law School dean Christopher Columbus Langdell to apply evolution to the legal process.’ ” 

3) Now, Step forward to today: 

We have the evil insanity of activist leftist judges arguing for a sudden “sacrosanct” decree by “precedent”, the Roe vs. Wade decision, an argument to abrogate God’s sovereignty. Good luck with that, “Fear of the Lord” anyone? 
To the side:
How can these elite law school graduate imbeciles logically explain anyway the 1896 Plessy v. Ferguson case overrule through Brown v. Board of Education in 1954?

Our preamble to the “Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Or, plain and simple;  “God is sovereign”.
