04/26/2022 – “Voices of Tranquility – Gregorian Chants” / I love Gregorian chants! Have y’all ever checked it out?
I love Gregorian chants. I am going to spend alot of my “time” in the heavenly choir in His kingdom… Even though heaven is unfathomable joy, we don’t have as developed a conception of heaven as we should, for we have neglected scripture references that require just a little imagination. So, have you heard anyone say: “I just can’t see worshipping and praising God all the time.” That is an example of our undeveloped view. But even with that, sign me up! Soli Deo Gloria indeed!
p.s. – Y’all can probably tell: I am still enthralled on Randy Alcorn’s book: “Heaven”. A good book why? It points me back to His Word. I want to post something soon as I get further through the book. Never enough time, I would like to spend more time in the daily scriptural of the Semikkah7 365 day read plan. Praise God, I am moving down the road of sanctification, more and more in the mode of: “I am in the world but not of the world. This is not my home!” . If only we spend time with our Lord in prayer, the Holy Spirit transports us into joy amidst the evil carnage. This is a brief respite, for we must stay mission focused on witnessing to lost souls, we only have a “breath” left here. Remember the movie of so many years ago?: “E.T. – HOME!” I’m with ya E.T.!
