Psalm 1 has long been a favorite of mine. The language is beautiful, soothing. I set out to memorize all six verses years ago. But never quiet got them all down. It’s hard even to pick a favorite verse from the six. But with that said, I really love verse three’s description of a righteous man rooted in Christ!
He is like a tree
planted by streams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither.
In all that he does, he prospers.
A great start to the new year!
