Isn’t it just like God’s way to be the opposite of the way of the world. The world days to get a promotion, make more money, have more, etc. But God says wisdom is more valuable.
Take my instruction instead of silver, and knowledge rather than choice gold, for wisdom is better than jewels, and all that you may desire cannot compare with her.
