I am going to share with you my footnote on Deuteronomy 28:15 of our reading. But note in the first sentence: “As of 2010, America was over $13 trillion in debit.” Go to usdebitclock.org and see where we are now including: national debt over doubled in from 2010, just 11 years. If you don’t think we are sitting on a bubble, check this out at the bottom left under “money creation”: $620 trillion in currency and credit derivatives now!; “just” 90 Trillion in Money Creation.

Gold and silver is not an investment. It is protection against an impending collapse of the dollar. A few weeks before Lee surrendured to Grant at Appamattox, what do you think the price of gold to the confederate dollar had escalated to , like a rocket? What changed? Was it the gold? Or was it the declining confederate dollar?

I must be getting real old! I can remember Senator Everett Dirksen from Illinois. Long time ago!, as in Dirksen was a republican senator from Illinois. Dirksen famously this on the debt: “A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon we are talking about real moeny.”

Well , that is all chaff. Let’s get to the important stuff which comes down to the last two paragraphs:

28:15 The divine butler:

“As of 2010, America was over $13 trillion in debt (a trillion is a thousand billion). That is no small change. Ironically, hundreds of billions of that debt was to Arab nations, $ 900 billion to China (Jimmy insert – In case you don’t know, Biden has been bought and paid for by the Chinese. And that extends to his satanic D.C. cronies. Their father is the devil…), and $ 128 billion to Russia.

Over 2.8 million homes were in foreclosure, with 4 million foreclosures estimated by year end. A gallon of milk cost as much as a gallon of gas, and a gallon of gas cost an arm and a leg, Add to that the bad news that over 2.3 million Americans were diagnosed with cancer that year, many of whom were children.

ABC News reported that more than 60 percent of U.S. was in a drought. We become used to seeing onslaughts of floods, hurricanes lining up on our coasts, and killer tornados by the dozens ripping up the nation like there is no tomorrow. And of course, we were in a war on terror that it seemed we couldn’t win.

The above are all signs of God’s dealings with a sinful nation. If you find that hard to believe , read Deuteronomy 28 and see what God warned would happen to Israel if they forsook His Law and turned their backs on Him. Underline places where Scripture warns that they will get into financial debt to other nations and become the tail, not the head. Think about those nations to whom we are in debt. Underline whre God says that aliens will flood the country, that their enemies will overcome them, and that disease will plague them.

As you hold your pen also hold on to your theology, because this chapter will destroy any image of God as a celestial Santa Claus or a divine butler. He is a God of justice and wrath as much jas He is of love and mercy. To form an image of God with only one or two of His virtues, and to leave out the others, is to create an idol in your mind.

We are no different from ancient Israel. These sufferings come to us because we have not been thankful to God, but instead have forsaken His Law. If we heeded the Ten Commandments, they would show us our sinful state and drive us to the cleansing blood of the Savior. Hearts and minds that are responsible to God, and not political change, is the key to healing for our land.

And, check out the FAI presentation that was posted a week or so ago, on the Revelation prophecy of Christian martyrdom in very large numbers during end times, the 7 year tribulation. As I noted in the post, I too am skeptical of the “rapture”- “beem me up Scotty” theology. The martyrdom will result in conversions, just as it was a catalyst in the early church. To state the limit of obvious, the devil and his minions are no match for God. Soli Deo Gloria indeed!

Semper Fi! Let us live in the assured victory! For everything in this world is chaff. If it doesn’t extend into His kingdom forever, burn it!

Love,

Jimmy
