Michael, my Kenyan brother in Christ, could post a comment to an original post that I wrote four years ago. I will get an email notification so I can appropriately complete another fellowship connection. Bear in mind, posts will always appear in date order , most recent on top, with current comments sorted to the original post date , not the comment date.
Conclusion: The search and/or the filter keys are great tools. How might it be that Michael was commenting on that four year dated post. He used those keys on our daily reading assignment for that calendar day and the four year old post happened to be the one that would drive the fellowship after reading all the posts for that calendar day.
