9:25: “Canaan will be cursed. He will be the lowest slaves to his brothers.

My Apolgetics Study Bible footnote reads:

“The creation account makes it clear that all people are of equal worth (Genesis 1: 26-27). Slavery contradicts this principle. Those OT and NT passages that provide for and regulate slavery assume it is a regrettable aspect of sinful human society. Early indications that slavery eventually would become obsolete were lasw that prohibited mistreatment of slaves (see notes on Exodus 21: 2, 7, 21: 20 – 21, 26) The gospel and the brotherhood of saints (Gl 3:28; Phm) undermine the practice of slavery. These considerations suggest that Noah’s curse of Canaan was either figurative , or a misunderstanding of the Lord’s intent. The narrative does not portray Noah as an entirely exemplary character. (v. 21).”

In 11: 8-9, I will share with you Matthew Henry’s commentary, page #25:

“3. The builders were scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth, v 8, 9. They departed in companies, after their families, and after their tongues (ch 10: verses 5, 20, 31) to the several countires and places allotted to them. They left behind them a perpetual memorandum of their reproach, in the name given to the place. It was called Babel, confusion.

Those that aim at a great name commonly come off with a bad name. The children of men were now finally scattered, and never did, nor ever will, come all together again, till the great day, when the Son of man shall sit upon the throne of his glory, and all nations shall be gathered before him, Matthew 25: 31, 32.”

Soli Deo Gloria!
