11/10/2022 – Day 256 – Psalm 110 // “Dixit Dominus” by Handel (links attached)/ Enjoy./Note – tip included for future group fellowship

This is a first, I am posting over a month forward to our reading of Psalm 110.

Why do I post it this way? Ans.: One could post a comment to an original post that was in previous cycles, generating a short fellowship. Right now, we are only in the 2nd cycle within this blog, although we have had previous cycles before that in the Semikkah7 reading plan. Having said all that: A good habit may be to: 1) login; 2) search on the day, i.e.: “Day 256); 3) post comments or questions for all current and future participants.

Handel’s composition of “Dixit Dominus” was completed when he was 24 years old, based on Psalm 110. Check out the wikipedia link which shows the translation from Latin , as well as giving a summary of the composition. Another unusual occurrence, I don’t normally use “wikipedia”.

Blessings to y’all’s day.
